Day 1. After finishing breakfast at the hotel drive out to the outskirts of jaipur.. Here the guests will be met by our safari staff and elephants. Start ride through the countryside ,along the way we will be stopping and visiting local tribals.
After a two hour ride we will stop for lunch( served under canvas). A short break, then resume safari for another three hours. Towards evening we will approach our camp set in the middle of the Arravali ranges.
In the evening there will be folk entertainment and cocktails followed by a dinner ( guests are requested to put on semi formals for dinner ). Night in tents.
Day 2. After breakfast the guests depart for their next destination / or into Jaipur for site seeing.
*Longer Safaris are also organised towards Samode or other neighbouring tourist villages.
Theme Dinners at The Jaipur Elephant Camp:-
DINNING WITH THE ELEPHANTS ("BUSH" DINNERS)
After finishing your afternoon Amber Fort tour (or from your hotel) drive to the Khuraad estate, nestled in the hills of Jaipur, 5 Kms. from Amer Fort.
Here you will be invited for tea by the Chieftains family. After which you mount your Elephant(s) and start on your short safari through the quite and peaceful bushy countryside of Amber, away from all the hustle and bustle of the City,and from the annoying touts and beggars . After a half-hours safari along the picturesque hills of Amber you will arrive at your private "dinner" camp pitched up only for you in the jungles of Jaipur. Here you will be welcomed by the Safari staff after which enjoy some local folk entertainment and a wide range of cocktails by a fire under a canopy of stars. The whole area will be brilliantly lit up by flame torches and hurricane lamps. This will be followed by a BBQ Dinner. Later one could either sip cognac around a fire or head back to their respective hotels.
ELEPHANT POLO AT "THE FAR PAVILIONS"
After having Tea with the Chieftains family at their residence mount the Elephants and start for the camp. Upon reaching the camp dismount for a Champagne toast, After which starts the Exhibition Elephant Polo match. High tea or cocktails will follow.
Later in the evening there will be some folk entertainment with local dancers. Followed by a sumptuous BBQ dinner . Ending the evening with some good Indian liqueurs or Cognac.
*You may also end up the evening Spending the Night in our Luxury Tents which would make this night out at "The Far Pavilions" a truly unforgettable experience.
